Most 12 year old girls love making cupcakes, but I quickly discovered a passion for cake decorating. First buttercream, and then fondant. I've taken courses but prefer teaching myself through books and Youtube. Last year people began hiring me to make cakes. As you can see from my pictures, I've made many different kinds. At 14, I now make cakes every weekend. It can be challenging, but I LOVE taking a risk and trying something new.
